Today in STEAM class 1st, 3rd, and 5th grades were lucky enough to have some graduate students from Big UT come and share what they are doing with new research. They talked with the students about studying how the body moves when performing tasks such as exercise, focus activities, and hobbies. They are working on two different studies at UT in the department of Kinesiology and Health Education and in Exercise Science. There will be information sent home with the details of both studies in this week's Thursday folders. Here are some photos of how they got to participate and try out the equipment today. Please consider bringing your child to fully participate in the research.
